In our Express Coffee areas, we guarantee our customers cafeteria services that live up to their expectations (salads, sandwiches, dishes and fresh, healthy products), with fast, attentive service.

Our on-board trolleys also offer soft drinks, sweet and savoury snacks, and comforting coffees and teas

Our history.

Here’s an overview of the various milestones in Restaurail’s history since its creation in 1997.


Our teams.

We operate nationwide, covering on-board catering, station cafeterias and hotel train escorts.
Logistical bases provide the various mobile sales outlets on trains with the necessary replenishment of supplies during the journey, as well as technical assistance in case of need.
Restaurail’s local offices ensure constant communication and coordination with both head office and local partner operators.

Our teams are on the job 24/7 to carry out their activities with dedication, while remaining attentive and mobilized.

Restaurail has a total workforce of 200 collaborators, including :

50 in station cafeterias
87 Food & Beverage service on board trains
45 Train Hotel service
18 at management level.
